In our fifth and final episode, we chat with Kyro Maseh R.Ph. from Lawlor Pharmacy in Toronto, Ontario about why it’s always important to Mind Your Meds. Kyro speaks about how not complying to medications can add to increased medications, and provides important strategies to help caregivers ensure their loved ones adhere to their medications.

In our latest fourth episode, we chat with Angela Sheasgreen, Pharmacy Manager at Pharmasave Elsipogtog at Elsipogtog First Nation, New Brunswick. Angela tells the stories of three patients where the use of medication adherence packaging was very beneficial and helpful.

In our third episode, we hear from Myzylyn Lee from Safeway Pharmacy in Thunder Bay, Ontario about how medication adherence is important during all stages of life. Myzylyn explains how blister packaging helps create trust between parents and their teens that medication is being adhered to; how it helps in a busy adult’s life; and how it builds independence amongst older adults.

In our second episode, hear from Dr. Ruth Baruch, a psychiatrist in Toronto, Ontario about the relationship between medication adherence and mental health, and how blister packs help with adherence and provide control and autonomy.

In our first episode, you’ll hear from from Stephanie Yeboah from Nanogram Pharmacy in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan about how your pharmacist is healthcare’s secret weapon, and the importance of blister packs for medication management and adherence.
